Once you have started using the will-call process you can track your will-call bin activity by quickly generating a list of prescriptions not picked up. You can generate a "Return to Stock" report based on the length of time the prescriptions have been waiting for pick-up. This report can also be used to determine which customers need to be reminded their order is waiting for pick-up.
